Beaded Popcorn Wreath
Designed By Julie A. BolducThis wreath is very fast and easy to make. If you want a more formal look, change the beads to all one color and use either a solid white, red or green yarn for the crochet part of it.
Materials Needed
Small amount worsted weight acrylic yarn, Christmas Variagated color.
Size H/8 5mm aluminum crochet hook
Empty transparent tape core
13 assorted beads from 6mm to 12mm in size with holes big enough to fit a yarn needle through
Yarn Needle
18" of desired ribbon for bow. Or you can use a purchased bow.

Yarn Thickness: 4mm
Gauge: 4dc=1"
Finished Size: 3" diam

Instructions
RND 1: String all beads onto yarn. Tie yarn onto tape core Ch1, and work 23 sc in core. Join w/slst to ch1.
RND 2: Ch3, 4dc in same st as slst. Take hook out of lp, insert into top of ch3 then back into lp, and pull lp through top of ch3. Pop made. (Dc in next sc. Yo, insert hook in same sc, yo, draw up a lp, yo, draw through 2 lps on hook, pull up a bead, keep bead facing you, yo, pull through last 2 lps on hook. Dc in same sc.) *[5dc in next sc. Remove hook from lp on hook, insert into top of first dc of the 5 dc group, then insert it back into the lp you dropped, pull the lp through the dc on hook, popcorn made.] Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of first pop. Fasten off, weave ends into back of work.
