Spring Purse

This purse is fairly fast and easy to make and if you used worsted weight yarn and a size H hook it would be a bit bigger.
Materials Needed
Speed Cro Sheen in ecru. Size 5 crochet cotton
Size D/3 aluminum crochet hook or 3&188;mm
Yarn needle for weaving in ends
Yarn Thickness: 2mm
Gauge: 6chs =1"
Finished Size: 5"x6"
Skill Level: Beginner
Instructions
RND 1: This round starts out as a row but then you work on the other side of the starting chain to work in the round. Ch15. Dc in 4th ch from hook and in each of the next 11 chs. Work 6 dc in last ch to go around the corner. Work 1 dc in each of the next 11 sts across. Work 5 dc in last stitch. Join w/slst to top of ch3 at the beginning of the round.
RND 2: (Ch3. Dc in 3rd ch from hook. [chenille bump st made. chbmp] Sk 1 dc.) *Sc in next dc. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first ch of ch3.
RND 3: Slst into the first sp between the ch3 & dc of the previous round [the ch3 part of the chbmp]. Ch3. 2dc in same sp. Work 3 dc in each ch3 sp around. Join w/slst to top of ch3.
RND 4: (Chbmp. Sk 2 sts.) *Sc in next st. Rep bet () once. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first ch of ch3 of the first chbmp.
RND 5: Rep RND 3.
RND 6: Rep RND 4.
RND 7: Rep RND 3.
RND 8: Rep RND 4.
RND 9: Rep RND 3.
RND 10: Rep RND 4.
RND 11: Rep RND 3.
RND 12: Rep RND 4.
RND 13: Rep RND 3
RND 14: Rep RND 4.
RND 15: Rep RND 3.
RND 16: Rep RND 4. Fasten off and weave ends into back of work.
Finishing Drawstrings: Make 2 chains 67chs long. Weave through RND 16 in opposite directions under the dc of the chbmp.
