This pouch is fairly quick to make and is just the right size to hold some cash folded up and a credit card or two.

Materials Needed
Speed Cro Sheen in ecru. Size 5 crochet cotton
Size 2 Steel Crochet Hook
Tapestry Needle for weaving in ends
Hook & Loop Tape
Hot Glue and gun.

Yarn Thickness: 5thread
Gauge: 6chs =1"
Finished Size: 2.5" x 3"
Skill Level: Intermediate

Instructions
Special Stitch Cl (cluster): *yo, insert hook in stitch indicated draw up a loop, yo draw through 2 lps on hook then rep from * two more times, then yo and draw yarn through all 4 lps on hook.

ROW 1: Ch16. Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. Ch3, turn. (15sc)
ROW 2: Sk first sc, dc in each sc across. Ch1, turn.
ROW 3: Sc in each dc across and in top of ch3. Ch3, turn.

ROW 4: Sk first sc. Dc in next sc, ch1, sk 1 st, cl in next st, ch1, sk next st, 3 times. Dc in each of the last 2 sc. Ch1, turn.

ROW 5: Sc each of the first 2 dc. *Sc in ch1 sp. Sc in next cl. Sc in next ch1 sp. Sc in next dc. Rep from * 2 times more. Sc in top of ch3. Ch3, turn.

ROW 6: Sk first sc. Dc in each sc across. Ch1, turn.

ROW 7-26: Rep Rows 3-6 consecutively.

ROW 27: Rep Row 3. Do not ch at the end. Just turn.

ROW 28: Flap: Slst into the next sc. Ch3. Dc in each of the next 12 sts. Turn.

ROW 29: Slst into the next sc. Ch3. Dc in each of the next 10 sts. Turn.

ROW 30: Slst into the next sc. Ch3. Dc in each of the next 8 sts. Turn.

ROW 31: Slst into the next sc. Ch3. Dc in each of the next 6 sts. Ch1. Fasten off and weave ends into work.

RND Perimeter: Join yarn onto bottom left corner on row 1. Ch1. Sc in same st. Sc in each sc row, 2sc in each dc row across to row 27. Work 2 sc in the row 27 end. Work 3 sc in each of the next 4 rows. Work 1 sc in each st across row 31. Work 3 sc in each of the 4 rows to row 27. Work 2 sc in row 27. Work 2 sc in each dc row and 1 sc in each sc row across to row 1. Fasten off and weave ends into back of work.

Finishing Assembly: Fold bottom up to meet row 27. Stitch both sides together with the Speed Cro Sheen using a lacing stitch.

Flap: Glue .75" piece of hook and loop tape to flap for a closure.
