Bobble Star Coaster

This coaster uses the bobble stitch which forms an 8 point star in the center. This is a very fast and easy coaster to make.
Materials Needed
Worsted weight acrylic yarn in any color you want.
Size H/8 or 5mm aluminum crochet hook
Yarn needle for weaving in ends
Yarn Thickness: 4mm
Gauge: 4dc = 1"
Finished Size: 3½"diam
Skill Level: Beginner
Instructions
RND 1: Ch8. Join w/slst to first ch to form ring. Starting bobble in same st as slst. Ch3. *Bl in next ch. Ch3. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of starting bl.
RND 2: Ch2. Hdc in same st as slst. 3hdc in next ch3 sp. *2hdc in next bl. 3hdc in next ch3 sp. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch2.
RND 3: Ch1. Slst in each st around. Join w/slst to first slst. Fasten off and weave ends into back of work.
