Charmed Choker

This choker is fast and easy to make. When you are done crocheting it, then you sew a single charm to the center shell of the choker. You can use any size 10 crochet cotton that you may have. It would also make a great bazaar or craft fair item.
Materials Needed:
Small amount size 10 crochet cotton. Southmaid in Purple was used in the example
1 Charm of your choice
Size 7 steel crochet hook
Spring ring clasp
2 small jump rings
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Thread Thickness: 10thread
Gauge: 10sc=1"
Finished Size: 16" including clasp
Skill Level: Beginner
Double Treble (dtr): Yo 3 times. Insert hook in stitch indicated, yo, pull through st, *yo, pull through 2 lps on hook. Rep from * untill you have 1 lp left on hook.
Instructions
Foundation: *Ch5. Dtr in 5th ch from hook. Rep from * 22 times more.
RND 1: Working on the posts of the dtr work the following on each of the first 11 posts. (Sc, 6dc, sc). Work the fol in next post. ((Sc, 3dc, ch2, 3dc, sc.)) Rep bet () on each of the next 11 posts. Ch3. Now you will work on each ch5 sp back to where you started. Rep bet () on each of the first 11 ch5 sps. Rep bet (()) on next ch5 sp. Rep bet () on each of the next 11 ch5 sps. Ch3. Join w/slst to first sc. Fasten off, weave ends into back of work.
Attach clasp to ends of choker.
