Winter Suncatcher Snowflake
Designed By Julie A. Bolduc
This snowflake ornament is slightly larger than the usual snowflakes I make so I thought it would be a good idea to hang this in a window during the winter months to cast shadows of snowflakes in the room.

Random Quick Tip!
Make it StiffFor stiffening stuff. I just bought this wonderful stuff from Wal-Mart called Stiffen Stuff. It works great and you can control how stiff you want something by adding more coats of it as needed. It comes in a pump spray bottle and you can get 32 oz refill bottles for the pump bottle. You can even dry it in the microwave. There is a website you can go to to learn more about it. http
//www.beacon1.com I used it for the skirt of the angel and it holds up very well. I used only two applications and it is able to hold it's shape but does have some give to it. You cannot even tell that there is stiffener in it. I really love the stuff. For something a basket though, you may want to keep adding coats of it until it is as stiff as you want it.
