Filet Pencil Cup
Designed By Julie A. BolducThis pencil cup is made with a simple file pattern. So simple in fact, that a chart is not required for this. It starts out as a basic circle, then each round is done in straight basic filet with a touch of filled in filet half way up to the top. The work is secured with a row of gathering stitches through the last round to keep it in place.
