Facets Scrunchie

This scrunchie is perfect for everyday holiday season outfits. It is made with inexpensive faceted beads which add sparkle to any outfit.

Materials Needed:
1 large hair elastic. Goody Brand was used
Small amount white Luster Sheen
30 red 8mm faceted beads
Size D aluminum crochet hook Yarn Needle for weaving in ends

Yarn Thickness 2mm
Gauge: 5sc=1"
Finished Size: 4" diameter
Skill Level: Beginner

Instructions
String on all beads first.

RND 1: Join yarn to elastic. *Sc in elastic, ch2. Rep from * 59 more times. Join w/slst to first sc. You should now have 60 ch2 sps.

RND 2: Slst into the first ch2 sp. *Ch6, draw up a bead, yo and draw through lp on hook. Slst in each of the first 4 chs of ch6. Ch1. Sc in each of the next 2 ch2 sps. rep from * around. You will end with a ch1. Join w/slst to first sc. Fasten off and weave ends into work, weaving toward the outside.

Pretty Napkin Rings
Cut empty paper towel or bath tissue rolls into 1/3inch to 1inch wide sections and work a simple row of sc on them with solid color yarn then work a rnd of 3sc per sc all the way around with a variegated yarn to make pretty napkin rings.
