This headband is made to be tied around your head to hold back your hair. That way it should fit anyone.

Materials Needed
Size 10 crochet cotton in cream. Southmaid was used in the example
Size 7 steel crochet hook
Tapestry Needle for weaving in ends

Yarn Thickness: 10thread
Gauge: 8sc=1"
Finished Size: 24"x1" over all including ties
Skill Level: Intermediate

Special Stitch Triple Treble (trtrbl): Work as you normally would for a double crochet but wrap the thread around the hook 4 times. Yo, pull through 2 lps at a time until all lps are worked off.

Special Stitch Picot (picot) Ch3, slst in 3rd ch from hook.

Instructions
RND 1: Ch12. Join w/slst to first ch to form ring. You will be working to make a long chain of loops. Ch6, trtbl in same st as slst. Ch6, trtrbl in top of prev trtrbl 20 times. Ch12. Slst in top of prev trtrbl.

RND 2: Treat each loop as a ch6 sp on each side as you work this round. Slst into the next ch6 sp. Ch3, 2dc, picot, 3dc in same sp. Ch1, 3dc, picot, 3dc in next ch6 sp, 20 times. Ch1. (3dc, picot, 6dc, ch61, slst in 2nd ch from hook and in each of the next 59 chs, 6dc, picot, 3dc in next ch12 lp.) *Ch1. 3dc, picot, 3dc in next ch6 sp. Rep from * 20 times more. Ch1. Rep bet () once. Ch1. Join w/slst to top of ch3. Fasten off and weave ends into back of work. Iron and starch lightly to keep it's shape.
