Sew snaps to collar and back points of halter.

Set aside Halter.
This skirt pattern is not perfect. I ended up having 3dc or sc at the end of each rnd instead of 2. You may want to adjust your work to have the numbers come out even.

Skirt With Shaded Pinks
ROW 1: Starting at waist. Ch32. Dc in 3rd ch from hook and in each ch across. You should now have 29 dc across. Ch1, turn.

ROW 2: Sc in first dc and in each dc across. Ch2, turn.

ROW 3: 2hdc in each of the first 26 sc. You will have 3 sts left over un worked. This is for the over lap for the snap. ch4, turn.

ROW 4: Sk first 2 sts. Dc in next st. Ch1. *Sk next st. Dc in next st. Ch1. Rep from * across. Dc in top of ch2. Ch1, turn.

ROW 5: *Dc in skipped st working over ch1 sp. Sc in next dc. Rep from * across. Ch3, turn.

ROW 6: Dc in first sc. Ch1. *Sk next st. 2dc in next st. Ch1. Rep from * across. End with 2 dc in last st. You may end up with three. I did. Ch1, turn.

ROW 7: *Sc in each dc. Dc in skipped stitch working over ch1 sp. rep from * across. You will have developed a pattern of 1 dc followed by 2 sc across the row. Ch3, turn.

ROW 8: Dc in each sc. *Ch1, sk 1 st. Dc in each sc. Rep from * across. Ch1, turn. At the end of this row, you will join to form a closed back of the skirt.

ROW 9: *Sc in each dc. Dc in skipped stitch working over ch1 sp. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to the 3rd sc from the other end to form a placket on the back side of the skirt. You may have just 2 sc so join on the 2nd sc from the end.

RND 10: Ch4, sk next st. *Dc in each of the next 2 sc. Ch1. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to 3rd ch of ch4. When I made my skirt, I had 3 dc or sc at the very end and beginning of each round. YOU may have 2. Either way is fine.

RND11: Ch1, *dc in skipped st working over ch1 sp. Sc in each of the next 2 dc. Rep from * around. Join w/s/st to ch1.

RND 12-23: Rep rnds 10 & 11. At the end of rnd 23, fasten off pink.

RND 24: Join Cream in same st as slst. Ch4, dc in next st. *Sk next st. Dc in next st. Ch1. Dc in next st. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to 3rd ch of ch4. You may end up with 3 dc in a row at the end. I did. Fasten off and weave ends into back of work. Sew snaps to top of waist.
