Shipping Policy:
- Shipping free for all items shipped within the USA. I cannot ship anywhere outside the USA or it's territories. I reserve the right to change these shipping charges without notice at any time as needed.
- 99% of the time I ship out orders the next business day with First Class Mail through the US Postal Service. Once in a great while, something may happen to prevent me from getting to your order right away, if this happens, I will let you know if there will be a delay in your order. I think it has only happened once where it could not go out the next day so it was only delayed by 1 day. If you place the order in the morning, before 10:00am EST, it may go out the same day. If you live in the US, you can expect your order within 7 days.
- Due to the extremely high cost of international shipping, I cannot ship outside the USA or Canada.
Return Policy
If your bead rollers are not working for you or they are not what you expect, you have 30 days from the date of ordering to request a refund. Please include the item in it's origial packaging and send it to the address given to you at Checkout. Follow either Etsy's instructions to return them and get a refund.
Privacy Policy
The information I collect from you is kept strictly confidential and only used for keeping in touch with you about your order or other questions pertaining to Just Plain Fun business which includes my site, http://www.jpfun.com. Any information you give to either or Etsy is between you and Etsy. If you give me your name address and email address, it is stored on my own computer and I promise you it is well protected. I promise never to sell or give away any of your information, at any time, for any reason. I operate ouf of my home office and I am a Sole Proprieter and I have no employees so any information you give me stays on my computer, in the privacy of my home office, and at Paypal or Etsy if you make a purchase.
