Flipped means the background artwork is reversed, so any images or designs appear mirrored compared to the non‑flipped version.

Download the ZIP file and leave it exactly as it is. Don’t unzip it or rename it. Open Sheetworks Studio and use File, Import New Template — the app will install the template for you automatically.
